Quality Management Information Center (QMIC) is a web-based application designed to ensure customer satisfaction by providing document management tools and enhancing internal process visibility. This visibility provides key Corporate and/or Government Managers with the information needed to effectively manage and monitor the quality system. QMIC can provide the current status on contract performance and the ability to maximize customer satisfaction.
